The philosophy of CatRoc Yoga is to promote a well-rounded yoga practice
that exercises body, mind and spirit. 
 
Body: a balanced physical practice that targets all muscles to enhance strength and promote flexibility while protecting joints and soft tissue.  Body alignment is key in all asanas.


Mind: removing stress and clearing the mind of disturbances by focusing on rest, meditation and breathing.

Spirit: through daily prayer and meditation, connecting body and mind with God and becoming one with the Holy Spirit.
